Law Scholarship Contest Winner

Aug 17, 2016

Earlier this year we launched a law scholarship program for current 2L or 3L law students. We are very excited to announce that Thomas Gallagher is the winner of this law scholarship! This award will help cover his school related expenses.

Harris Federal ScholarshipOriginally from Philadelphia, Thomas decided to pursue a career in law at very young age. Throughout his life, he developed many relationships that helped him understand his why of pursuing a law degree. In an essay he submitted for this contest, Thomas wrote: “Beyond inspiring me to attend law school, the biggest inspiration I have received from each of my mentors is to use my legal training to serve my community.”

He is currently a 3L law student at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Thomas enjoys taking Constitutional Law classes and may one day go on to work for the federal government! In his spare time, he enjoys competing in intramural soccer games and learning to cook new dishes.

Once again, congratulations to our winner Thomas!
