How we fight for you

Cases of discrimination are established by demonstrating:

You are a member of a protected class

You have satisfactory job performance

You experienced an adverse employment action

The employment action circumstances were discriminatory

Types of Discrimination

Were you discriminated against due to your age? For instance, being fired in favor of younger persons

Has current or previous disability affected your employment or advancement?

Equal Pay

Men and women in “substantially equal” jobs must be given equal pay for equal work.

Genetic Information

Your employer cannot request genetic information in order make decisions about your employment.

Are you enduring a hateful or abusive work environment due to your race, color, religion, sex, national origin, older age, disability, or genetic information?

National Origin
