About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney to join our growing team. As a Junior Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with our clients to guide them through the Federal Disability Retirement appeals process. These are the responsibilities of a Junior Associate Attorney:
– Serve clients with effective, prompt and proactive communication
– Organize and prepare case evidence, including drafting of legal arguments, review of medical documents for legal sufficiency, etc.
– Handle all communication with appropriate agency representatives
– Follow established processes to create and maintain an organized file
– Keep track of data and report to departmental leadership

You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality videos and visuals that communicate our brand’s message, working closely with the marketing team to enhance our storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Assist in planning, shooting, and editing engaging videos, including:
- Educational content (shorts, explainers, motion graphics)
- FAQs and webinars
- Testimonials and client success stories

- Graphic Design: Support the creation of visually engaging designs for:
- Social media graphics, infographics, and charts
- Webinar slide decks and ad creatives
- Landing page visuals and downloadable resources (PDFs, guides)

- Trend Monitoring: Stay curious and open to learning about new trends in video production, design, and digital content.

What We’re Looking For:
- A portfolio (even a small one) showcasing your creative work.
