Thank you for the tremendous work in completing my Disability Retirement Application. What seemed to be an eternity in my time frame was put at ease through your confidence, knowledge, and expertise. I, like many people, would never expect that an illness/injury would end my United States Postal Service career. Although I have gone undiagnosed for several years as Doctors were puzzled with my symptoms, which was finally diagnosed in mid-2015 as Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, an overlap of autoimmune diseases.
